Our Brand New, State of the Heart Building

Situated on 11 acres of coastal reserves, our state of the art building was designed to promote a healthy and enriching environment for every dog in our care. We've gone the extra mile to promote our packs' emotional and physical wellbeing.  

For dogs who can't socialize or who are recovering from surgery, we are proud to offer suites that allow access to their very own, private indoor and outdoor space.

Our outdoor play areas are equipped with  K9Grass®, which is the synthetic grass designed specifically for dogs. With its exclusive Flow-Through Backing™, short dense blade structure, and antimicrobial protection, K9Grass offers a cleaner, safer, better smelling environment for pets.   With over 15,000 square feet of outdoor play space, your dog is sure to enjoy their time socializing with friends, playing on our playscapes or soaking up the sun when taking a break from all of the excitement!

Our indoor play areas are amazing, as well!  Offering tons of natural sunlight and direct access to the exterior play areas,  we are able to separate our pack into small groups with our dividable rooms or keep the rooms open for larger areas to romp and play in!

 We clean like crazy people around here~ on the hotel side of things, all of our suites are cleaned daily, including the bedding and water bowls, which are cleaned and replaced each day, as well.  We clean our playrooms and exterior play yards each night, and as needed throughout the day.  

We use an assortment of cleaning devices around here, but one of the most effective is what we use in our "final step," which  is an innovative electrostatic sprayer, that delivers cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting solutions to the front, back and sides of surfaces. This allows for superior coverage on all of the surfaces in our environment and better germ protection for your dog.   

Each of our rooms are equipped with their own Air Handlers.  This means, that cross contamination between each room is kept to a minimum.  We even went a step further, by installing patented iWave technology into each of our units.  This specialized air cleaning technology injects equal amounts of positive and negative ions, into the air stream using needle-point bi-polar ionization.  These ions attach to pollutants, odors and viruses, breaking them down into harmless compounds like oxygen, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts.

Sound control is one of the most important components, and yet so often overlooked, in  pet care environments.  Knowing how important it is to keep your dog's stay stress-free, we have invested a lot into our sound absorption plan.  From high tech insulation and absorption boards between walls, to ceiling absorption and sound deadening materials placed throughout the entire building, we acted on the results of our industry specific Sound Studies to make sure Fido can get his ZEN on.
